If you request to permanently delete your etBri account, all associated data—such as order history, bookings, saved addresses, and benefits like etBri points, etBri Credits, or etBri Cash—will be erased. Deleting your account means you forfeit the ability to create a new account using the same email address and relinquish any claims related to services like Exchange, Returns & Refunds, product cleaning & repair, or any other benefits offered by Brillix. Account deletion requests may be refused or delayed if there are outstanding orders, payments, grievances, shipments, or instalment plans linked to the account.
